Depending on your IE Hub® membership, you could have access to an Advanced Dashboard that provides you a quick view of the customer's Expenses (based on ONS data) and Debts (based on Credit Bureau data). You can also validate a customer's Income information here.
Based on this rapid assessment, you would then be able to decide if you need the customer to fill in the full I&E. If it is needed, a message can be triggered by your agent to request the customer to fill in the I&E on the IE Hub®.
